How do I make a complaint?
If you’re unhappy with any part of honcho’s service, including any information or documents we’ve given you, please get in touch via complaints@honchomarkets.com. Please put ‘Complaint’ in the subject line and include the email address you signed up with. We’ll aim to get back to you within one working day.
You may also be protected by the Financial Ombudsan and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS):
